Riptide VHF (USEA registered name, jockey club name is Red Riptide), is an un-raced 16.1 hd. Chestnut gelding who has taught his teenage owner the ropes of Eventing. Schooled through 1st/2nd level dressage and competed through Beginner Novice, "Tide" is a solid citizen who is not spooky, hacks out well in the forest by himself, does a clean lead change, and is currently ready to take someone else out in either the dressage, low level eventing, or C and B AA or Jr./Child's hunter classes. Currently owned by a 15 yr. old girl who got him when she was 10, and half leased to another junior until sold. Golden Retriever personality. More whoa than go.
