Meet Nutmeg
She is a beautiful 5 yo Tennessee Walking horse mare! 15.2, she's in your pocket and aims to please. Always excited for new adventures and moves out beautiful. She has a smooth gait and willing personality, she knows her leg cues, stops, backs, is light in the mouth. She is ready for some wet saddle blankets and trail miles this spring/summer! She also does great in the arena! She's on the greener side however, I haven't had much time to get her out, she hauls well and is delightful on trail. She's a goof ball at home and loves to make you laugh! She stands for grooming/saddle brings her head down for the bridle, she goes sound barefoot, stands for mouthing, utd on vaccinations and teeth and hoof care. She's not finished and needs an experienced rider preferably working with a trainer that's familiar with gaited horses or has experience with gaited horses. She's good with kids on the ground, dogs, and loves to meet new people. She prefers consistent work to stay in shape and keep her sharp on her skills, however if she sits she's never cold backed and is always happy to get back to work.

It really hurts my heart to let her go but a gaited horse does not fit what I need. I've taken her as far as I can and now I want her to go to someone that can take her even further! I've had her the majority of her life since she was 2 years old. I was told by her previous owner her parents were registered but you would have to contact TWHBEA about getting a DNA sample to resister her. I do not have any information on her parents registry unfortunately.
