Offering on April 26, 2025 in the Legends of Ranching Sale is this beautiful gelding that is suited for about any job and any rider. He is a trail master and solid at both mountain and urban riding, confident with obstacles, is uncomplicated to ride, and stays broke with time off. Fame is a solid 16 hands, so large enough for many jobs, and taller, larger riders. Being in my 50's, and having been in a pretty bad accident with a horse later in life, I only ride horses I feel total confidence in being safe on. He is that. The perfect combination of trustworthy, but yet not a horse to have to pedal or is dull in any way.
Fame has been used for ranch work for over a month, and is doing well. With more time, he has potential to be a competitive rope horse. He has been used for driving cattle, tagging calves, roping a few in the pasture, and absolutely goes through anything.
Fame is amiable, wants to be with you, and loves to please. He has such a kind, sweet personality, he is a horse you want to be around.
We have exposed him to as many things as we can think of, and he takes everything in stride. He is a pleasure to work with, doesn't have any bad habits, sound, and an easy keeper. He is a "load and go" type horse, ready to be your next adventure partner, ranch horse, or small farm companion.
