Cali has been extensively ridden all over WA, OR, ID, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. Lots of trail and camping experience. She does great in portable fencing but I do put my battery charger on the fence every once in a while just so she knows it's hot. Great feet, never been shod. I have front boots for when the trail is super rocky. Loads like a dream, even in the dark with no trailer light on. Goes through any obstacle. Sound, never had any lameness issues. She is a strong willed horse so she does need an experienced rider just to keep her in check. I think she'd take advantage of a beginner and she'd become the "lead" mare! Not a kids horse.
