Filofax V is a 2012 16.3 hh black Oldenburg gelding. He has numerous wins while in Germany, including being Champion of 3-year-olds at the State Show in Hanover in 2015. Imported in 2016, he was purchased by his current owner shortly after coming over. Known as “Gibbs” around the barn, he is a barn favorite for all who handle him. Gibbs has large, fluid gaits, easy lateral work, confirmed single changes and is schooling canter pirouettes. He has shown through 3rd level with amateurs and could easily continue in his competitive career with PSG in sight. Gibbs has minor age-related maintenance needed, but no old injuries. Current x-rays on file for serious buyers. Shod all around, Gibbs has impeccable barn manners, cross ties, stands for the farrier and vet, hauls and clips with ease. He is eager but easy at horse shows. He turns out well with geldings and likes to hack out in company.
