***PRICE REDUCED! ! I'm playing with youngsters and Elf is sitting this summer. I'd like to find a great home for him before winter! Elf has warmblood movement, with a Welsh personality--he's a character. I purchased Elf from his owner/trainer when he was 5. At 7, he spent 5 months with a dressage/eventer trainer who introduced him to trail riding, cows, eventing, and children, as well as continuing his dressage training, using a classical approach. Last summer, Elf spent time with a trainer focusing on classical dressage, and also exposing him to being ridden in a westen bosal and bosalito/curb four-rein. Elf's sire, The Key, is a Supreme Champion, section B, and is a proven producer of champions in Canada and the US. Elf has not been shown; he has excellent ground manners. He needs a confident, quiet rider. He does best when in continued work, as he can be anxious in new environments (although he can be very lazy when in a place he knows well!). He has been trail ridden by me and ridden in dressage clinics. He is not yet a chid's mount, but could be. More pictures and videos available.
