Meet Rosie, a 17-year-old, 15hh Missouri Fox Trotter mare with a heart of gold. She waits patiently at the gate for her turn to be ridden, stands like a statue for grooming, and is exceptionally calm and gentle on the ground. While Rosie got a late start under saddle, she just completed 30 days of professional training. She proved herself smart and willing to please. She is green but uncomplicated, safe, smooth to ride, and she has been ridden in the arena and on the trail. Currently, Rosie is best suited for an intermediate rider who is confident enough to give clear aids and would be willing to continue her education. In addition to making someone a great riding partner, her quiet nature, kind temperament, and impeccable manners on the ground and in hand would also make her a good lead-line horse for a small child or a great addition to an equine-assisted services program. With her lovely gaits and even lovelier personality, Rosie will make a perfect addition to any home. She is sound, barefoot, an easy keeper, up to date on vaccines, and has a current negative Coggins. Located in Wellington, Colorado.
