“Rocco” has an excellent ranch riding foundation. He has the athleticism and movement to succeed in ranch riding, ranch versatility, stock horse classes, all around classes, or junior rodeo.
At his first introduction to cattle, he handled the job like a seasoned pro, showing natural cow sense and confidence. He has moved cows alone, with no other horses around. He’s been exposed to ropes and is eager to work, making him an ideal partner for someone looking to compete or enjoy ranch work.
He has been on trails including bridges, and been chest high in a lake.
Rocco is youth or amateur friendly and has the demeanor and ability to go in any direction. He travels well, is polite for the farrier, and up-to-date on everything.
He’s sound, sane, and 6-panel negative.
