Marvelous had 10 starts on the track, with some winnings. She was then purchased by a family who sent her to a real trainer to be broke. They started her in the barrels and then used her as a brood mare. She has had two bay colts with no problems. Good, protective mother who gets along with other horses. She has a sweet personality when she finally trusts you.
She had two years off from riding when I purchased her and jumped on her with no problems. I ride her once in a blue moon with no problems (no lunging or anything), have taken her around barrels, gathered cows/trail rode like three times. She had a clean culture and being sold open. She does have scar tissue on the left hind from an injury this winter, does not bother her. PPE welcome at buyer’s expense.
