Rubin is a fun horse and is bred to be a champion in whichever discipline you choose. I bought Rubin as a 3-year-old, and he was sent for 90 days basic training, then turned out to pasture for a little maturity. At 4 years old, he went back to the same trainer for another 90 days. I started ponying him on the trails, and in the Fall started riding him on the trails and taking Dressage lessons. He is currently in training for Dressage with a professional trainer. Rubin loves the trails and will lead or follow, goes over bridges and past hikers and bikers with no issues. He is not spooky at all. He clips, bathes, loads and hauls well. Rubin would do best in an environment where he gets regular turnout, as he has a very busy mind!
