Registered QH, Tanks Blaze aka Carrots, 15.3HH, 17 years old, Easy Keeper, solid hooves – not shod, solidly built only fed hay/pasture - no graining needed. Clear skin & eyes with no allergies. He doesn't kick or bite. Stands tied, loads in the trailer and enjoys being brushed even his ears. Easy to catch, usually just call him. Middle of the herd. Pastured with geldings and mares. Traffic safe, ridden English and Western, currently in a snaffle bit. He likes male/female handlers/riders equally. Good for the farrier and vet. We are rehoming him because he likes more leisurely trail rides. Prefers a slow and steady pace but will give more if asked. Smooth and solid to ride, sure-footed on the trail. Loves to have his own “person” but safe for a variety of riders. Intermediate rider ideal as he is most confident with a strong leader. Carrots has been used for supervised kids/beginners (ages 7-adult) walk/trot lessons. A good home is a must. Located just south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Transportation within 30 miles for extra consideration. Priced at low and his price will be negotiable after a few months. We're always working around the farm and away from our phones so leave a message with a good time to call you.
