Freya is a beautiful dark bay thoroughbred mare with the sweetest personality, and so much athleticism. Freya has lots of show experience in the hunter jumper ring, and was schooling up to 2’6 at home. For the last 4 months she has been in training with me working more on her dressage foundation. On May 31st Freya showed USDF Training Level 1 and scored a 66%! She has an extremely solid walk, trot and canter. She is very responsive to leg and seat aids, bends and balances easily, and has the dreamiest trot and canter that is addicting to ride. Very familiar with leg cues, and extended/collected trot and canter. She is very light in the bridle. Freya could go either route; jumping or dressage. With a confident rider, she will take you over any fence. And with someone who knows how to ask, she will give you a beautiful dressage frame and follow your lead to the high levels. She is currently schooling first level movements at home. We are marketing her for an experienced rider because she can really shine with someone who knows how to make her use her body. She has the most lovely movements. She is also great for hacking out on the trails, solo or with a group. She loves the water, and the beach too! UTD on coggins, vaccines, teeth and feet. Stand great for farrier, tacking and bathing. She is totally sound and ready to find her forever partner 🤍
