Meet Bo! A stunning, silver-roan grulla gelding with ‘love me’ eyes that melt your heart. His striking presence is a true head turner with his unique coloring, strong build and calm demeanor. He loves attention and receives plenty as his resume is loaded with experience. At home, he has been used to pony young horses, drag kids on the sled and pack numerous city-slickers for lessons. Bo rides smooth as a Cadillac alone or in big groups. He walks right out when leaving home and slows his feet about coming back. He is happy to go and do whether that’s down the country road, high-mountain trails, swimming the river or being primped and polished. He knows his way around herding buffalo, sure-footed enough to ranch rope in the desert brush and has been started tracking and roping slow cattle after sorting the herd. He can hold his own in the Stock Horse with wins in the Pleasure, Trail, Reining and Cow Versatility and currently being shown in NRHA. Some of the little features that make him even more enjoyable include meeting you at the gate, holding his head waist height to be haltered or bridled. After months of turn out, you can saddle up and ride off like he’d been rode yesterday. Climb up or swing on to ride bareback and bridle-less and is so cute under English. With enough patience to be kissed on the side of his velvet nose his only flaw is an old scar on his left hind pastern.
