Penny has a sweet attitude. She loves people and is easily caught in the pasture. She comes in from pasture on her own to get a small treat. She is an easy keeper. She does well in both the arena and on the trail. She likes to walk out but will adjust her speed for slower horses. She will cross stream and bridge without hesitation. She does best with either boots or shoes as she can have some tenderness on rocks. She drops her head down to get the fly mask put on. She does well for farrier, vet, dewormer, fly spray, picks up her feet, loads/unloads, and stands quietly for mounting. She is not buddy or barn sour and does not buck or kick. She will give ‘pony’ rides for young children. She had a refresher 60 day training lasted summer and knows beginner and intermediate levels of Clinton Anderson methods. An intermediate rider will get the most out of her ‘buttons’. She can gait if you are knowledgeable. She has not had any babies. She would love more attention. Not buddy or barn sour.
