Respectable ground manners, stands to be mounted from the ground and mounting blocks. Ties, bathes and hauls well. Barefoot with solid feet and stands well for farrier. Pipps currently lives in a pasture with herd mates and is lowest of the herd order. No health issues or soundness issues.
Pipps used to be a ranch horse and had a brief stint in a youth lesson program. She is the perfect fit for someone wanting a lesson or trail horse and they have the time and resources for a 60-90 day tune up. Pipps is solid walk & trot, canter needs more time to be consistent and stable. She is not dangerous, just weak. The only reason she is being listed as a project is because she has been out of work for months and needs a refresher. She has been ridden bitless most of her career.

Pipps is quite brave offsite, her sales video is in a new arena with a new rider to give you a sense of her demeanor. She is not spooky but can be easily distracted. No buck, rear, bolt or bite. Enjoys trails and has a slow walk. I believe with more time under saddle she would make a great youth horse, low level eventer or easy going trail mount.
