Meet Medora, gorgeous 10 year old Morgan mare. Black bay color with beautiful full mane and tall. Stands 14.2 hands is stout, sure footed and an easy keeper. Easy to catch, stands patiently at post to be brushed and fussed with, stands for the farrier, vet and fly spray. She knows her ground work and has good ground manners. Has been desensitized to dogs, cats, farm equipment, 4-wheeler, vehicles. We live next to a busy highway so she has been exposed to road traffic and low flying airplanes too. She is not mareish, has a great personality, currently lives in a herd with two other mares and a gelding. She has been stalled previously. Has trail experience and has been exposed to barrels, pole bending and a obstacle course. She will ride away from other horses. Currently being used for giving horse riding lessons to beginners and she is too quick for my students, moves too fast, and needs a more experienced rider to fill her full potential.
