Standing at 15 hands, Sonic is a striking 2021 registered palomino Tennessee Walking Horse gelding with a luxurious mane and tail and a smooth, comfortable running walk you can enjoy for hours. He is broke to both ride and drive, and has experience on trails and in arenas. Sonic is confident in various environments—he didn’t flinch when a train blared nearby downtown and handled traffic calmly. He enjoys water, crosses ponds and bridges with ease, and bravely navigates obstacles like fallen logs. He has seen cows and wildlife too! With a playful and busy personality, Sonic keeps things entertaining—he loves playing with a Jolly Ball and is known for carrying lead ropes in his mouth. He is a huge goof ball! Sonic must be reminded of his ground manners at times as he can be a bit too “in your pocket”. Sonic is sound and has a small cosmetic scar on kind fetlock that does not affect him in anyway. He is up to date on dental work, Coggins, vaccines, and farrier care (he’s barefoot). He’s an easy keeper with a friendly, in-your-pocket personality. He is absolutely stunning with his long flowy mane and tail. He is easy to catch, loads and hauls well, ties, bathes, and stands for the vet and farrier. He has no stall vices and does well stalled or turned out. He has not offered to buck or rear here and does not need to be lunged prior to riding. This is an exceptional young gaited gelding. He is sweet, eager to please, and full of potential—he would be well loved by a fellow gaited horse enthusiast where he can adventure miles of trails for the years to come.
