18 yo mare with Jockey Club papers. She raced briefly, retired as a 4 yo (obviously many years ago) fully sound. Same owner since then, so for the past 14 years. Owners health issues force sale. She was used mostly for English riding, did very well at dressage and has done lower level jumping. But she can also go Western, great on trails, hacks out alone. She is pretty fancy broke, meaning she's had extensive training and knows her cues, and is currently getting refresher training. Overall, she is very smart and willing to please. Great ground manners, does well with the farrier, ties, loads etc., no vices.

Would be great for an advanced beginner, partially because she is happy to forward. Never bolted or bucked hard under saddle. Never reared.
