Preacher is a 2020 registered AQHA gelding with three solid years under saddle. He was professionally started with 120 days of training when I purchased him as a two and a half year old. He then continued training with a friend of mine for another 90 days. As a mom of two, I don’t have time to ride him consistently anymore and he’s too nice to just sit. That being said, he is handled daily and has had a ton of ground work and when I do get time to ride he is very consistent. I ride at home, so he will need hauling exposure. Has been trailered several times with horses and alone, but can be on the more nervous side about it still. He is currently in shape and ready to go. He has a solid walk, trot, canter, whoah and backup. Very nice mover and very athletic. Moves off legs, collects and has a very solid foundation to take any direction. Preacher is the smart and sensitive type and enjoys having a job and a rider that knows what they are doing. He is friendly and personable and has a great work ethic. I keep my horses shod and on a 8 week schedule. He is current on vaccinations, worming, dental care and hoof care.
