Meet “I Dont Know About U” AKA. “Razi”, a beautiful 6yr AQHA mare. Razi does best with a confident rider. While she is calm, she is still very green and sometimes has sticky moments. Beginners can ride her with help but not alone. Razi loves trail riding and is not barn or herd sour at all! She will act lazy in the arena but is active on the trails. Currently, we are doing walk/trot rides with lots of snack breaks. She is ridden by the highway regularly and accustomed to loud trucks/ cars. Razi stands for the vet, and is ok for the farrier. She needs a patient, farrier as her last home had an abusive one and she still has some trauma about it. She loads great, and is super easy to catch! Razi loves R+ and can do basic liberty work and some tricks. She is fine with fly spray and baths. She also has the cow sense though she doesn’t have any training for it and has never seen one. She is registered with the AQHA. I have her papers though they are out of date. She could be re-registered. I haven’t since I don’t need to. The down side to Razi, is that she has laminitis. It usually only shows in the fall & spring. She is also usually good just with proper management, and only needs supplements every now and then. She has a bit of thrush which is hard to overcome in our wet valley. One reason I’m selling is that I don’t have access to a good vet. She is young and I think with proper care, she could go far. I have tried the past two years to breed her and have been unsuccessful both times. She is a maiden mare so it could be that, or just bad luck. I don’t know - I haven’t looked into it. She has never had a bit in and I would like to keep it that way. She rides fine in a bitless side pull, or even just a halter. Pros: ⭐Sweet, and friendly - Catches herself from pasture! ⭐Not herd or barn sour ⭐Loves trail riding & crosses water & logs great ⭐Is the same horse after a month off ⭐Rides western, english, or bareback. ⭐Rides bitless or in just a halter ⭐Knows some tricks and basic liberty ⭐Trailers great! Cons: ⭐Has laminitis & thrush ⭐Is still green ⭐Has some sticky moments where she needs a calm, confident rider ⭐Will bronc a bit when she first picks up canter. Last a couple seconds and she settles if you ride it out. ⭐Does’t like arena work ⭐Absolutely despises jumping, if you’re looking for that, find a different horse. Razi is just waiting for the right person to come along. It’s not an easy decision to sell her, but I can no longer care for her. I’m asking $2K but am very flexible on price. It’s most important that she goes to someone who will be gentle and patient with her. She comes with her halter, new flexible filly grazing muzzle and a new container of supplements which lasts 3-6 months. The total value is about $250. PPEs are welcome. Email with any questions.
