Dan is new to our program, but it didn’t take long for us to fall for his kind eyes and big heart. He’s the type of horse who meets you at the gate, quietly seeking connection, and wants nothing more than to be your friend.

💛 About Dan:
— Late teens Thoroughbred gelding with a history in trail riding
— Sweet and social — he walks right up to you in the pasture and has great ground manners
— Not pushy, not dominant — he gets along especially well with gentle herd mates
— Beautiful mover with an athletic, eye-catching presence

Unfortunately, Dan re-aggravated a previous shoulder injury during the stress of transition to our facility, and it became clear he won’t be able to handle the consistent workload required in our program.
