Ginger is the ultimate super pony. She is that rare medium pony size but proportionate and flashy like a big horse. She is a very hard to find welsh pony and you will search high and low to find one with her beautiful roan color and flashy white socks. She is an incredibly special, versatile, forgiving, and bombproof mare with a heart of gold. Dirt bikes and go karts whizzing by? No problem. Dogs, cats, cows, birds, pigs, she doesn’t care. Tractors, tarps, plastic bags. Who cares? Want to take her inside with you and share some cookies 🍪? She’s up for that too. There isn’t much she hasn’t seen and done. She has been ridden, shown, and loved by so many children but we are changing directions in our program and Ginger deserves to be a superstar. Ginger would excel in pony club, 4H, or any kid’s best friend and dream pony.

She is 5 years old and a smidge over 11hh, perfect for the kids and grandkids. She rides like a big horse and is broke right. Ginger has carried the tiniest toddlers to the handiest tweens and is safe for all rider levels. Whether you want to go for a trail ride, rope the dummy, jump a course at pony club, run the local Playday, or enter a costume contest- this girl would excel.

Ginger has NO vices- she does not crib, weave, chew wood, she is not buddy sour, loads like a dream and clips. She has been turned out in a mixed herd with no issues. She is not hard to catch and will meet you at the gate. She ties, she bathes, she picks up her feet and is polite for the farrier and vet. She stands for mounting/dismounting and is happy to stand patiently with her foot cocked all afternoon or move out and go do a day’s work. She is an easy keeper and does not require much to keep her bloom. She is not on any maintenance, is healthy and sound, and has never taken a lame step.
