I'm looking for a in your pocket trail and camping gelding for my novice husband and friends to ride. It has to have a calm thinking temperament, get along with other geldings, load and haul easily, must be good for the Ferrier, must be easy keeper with good feet with excellent ground manners, not buddy sour, must be sound and healthy and require no maintenance. Ideally, I'd like him to be over 5 years old up to 15 years old as I plan to ride for at least another 10 years. Perhaps you have a horse that isn't fast enough for your endeavors, or are a college bound owner looking to sell you heart horse to a good home. I know he's out there; my budget is under 8k. Prefer horse located in Oregon so that I can come and ride him. Prefer over 14.2 hands.
