Rehoming for a friend/client. 6 year old Registered AQHA Dun Mare "Spring" 15hh. Easy to fit a saddle to. Easy to be around. Loves to give kisses. Green Broke, but leg responsive and getting softer in the face. Not super spooky and doesn't spin or bolt when nervous. Ready for more exposure and to be pointed in a direction. She's looking for a job and I will be picky about where she goes. Needs an experienced Rider to finish her out. Would be a good Western all around. Lots of Cow exposure. Been used out in the hills and on the feedlot. Spent a few months learning arena skills last Fall. Has been lightly handled and worked since but mostly sat this Winter, Spring, and Summer. Had her teeth floated and vet eval earlier this year. Full vet records through Idaho Equine. Confident on the trail and is sure footed and level headed. Easy keeper, been on straight alfalfa and straight grass. Does fine on pasture. Lead mare but not mean and not herd bound. Never seen her set back, loads and hauls easy. Requires front shoes and regular 6-8 week sets to stay balanced. She is a bit clicky in her hocks and does best with a good warm up/stretch and I recommend putting her on a joint supp. Had regular body work all last Fall. Purchased off the Zollinger Quarter Horse ranch as a weanling and wears their shoulder brand. One home since. Her owner is an older gentleman who has too many. Well bred. Good Minded. Full of potential. Mcclure.Aimee@yahoo.com
