She is halter broke, good with farrier Her four -year-old 1/2 brother and three year-old 1/2 sister are both 16.3 and 17hh She is Pennsylvania Bred (eligible for the Pennsylvania sired and foaled awards) and is already Delaware certified Lots of added money with both of these programs I am Very negotiable to a Racing home that will run her in Delaware and Pennsylvania as well I will be getting current photos later this week.
