The Fall riding season is about to start, and if you want to be the envy of your friends and foes on this All-Around, Deluxe mare, Miss Fancy is ready to go to work for you! Fancy is registered in the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association and is sired by the stallion Blue’s Little Dandy by Chief’s Little Boy Blue by Chief’s Renegade Lad and out of the mare Walters Rocket’s Fancy Girl by Skipper’s Boy Blue by Merry Go Boy’s Skipper. I have been lucky enough to own this once in a lifetime mare for 3 years. In that time, Fancy has experienced nothing but professional training to produce an outstanding foundation for a lifetime of success. Horses with her level of training and consistency are not offered to the public every day! Fancy is proficient in all the Clinton Anderson groundwork and riding exercises in Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced tasks. Fancy is extremely gentle, easy to handle, and extremely smart. When it comes to riding, Fancy meets all the expectations of her name! She will lie down on cue to mount, will stand for mounting on the ground, and will side pass over to any obstacle with a snap of a finger to pick her rider up, making mounting in even the toughest conditions an easy task! Under saddle, Fancy is super easy to ride. She will flat foot walk on a loose rein, allowing the rider to sit back and relax, has a nice, smooth, head shaking walk that averages around 5-6 mph, will foxtrot around 8-9mph, and has a very smooth, balanced canter while picking up her correct leads. When asked, Fancy will flex both directions, backs with ease, neck reins or direct reins, and works off the rider’s leg, yielding her forequarters, hindquarters, and side passing. Now, the part where she really gets Fancy; let’s talk about her experience. Fancy is an experienced trail mount that navigates all types of terrain with ease. She has been ridden at numerous horse camps and state parks across 4 states. She is great in a stall or on a high line while camping. She is strong and confident on the trails, crossing water, down timber, ravines, and carefully navigates steep trails and rough footing while keeping her rider safe. She will ride as the lead horse, will pony other horses or a pack string, ride in the middle, or will bring up the rear without fuss, even if the other horses get ahead of her. She is a dream to ride, whether alone, in small groups, or even in large groups. She has even been to chuckwagon races and trail ridden with wagons and teams. Fancy always focuses on her rider and pays little attention to the other horses she rides with. Fancy is experienced in ranch work, where she has been used checking and moving cattle. You can easily open and close gates from her back. She is accustomed to being around various farm machinery without getting nervous. If you are looking for both beauty and brains, don’t look any further! * www.MyHorseConnection.com *
