West is a registered 4 year old 16.2 hh thoroughbred gelding. Don’t let his age or size fool you, he is the safest, most gentle horse you’ll be around. Broke, reliable, babysitter.
West has been on trails, used for lessons, used for arena riding, and lightly started on barrels. He is ready to go any direction and is very smart and willing. He would be a great jumping prospect as well with his height and stamina!
West crosses water like a boss and is desensitized to literally anything you throw his way! He loves trails and doesn’t spook for gunshots, dogs, or sudden movements of other horses or animals. West has been in the deserts of Arizona all the way to the mountains in Montana.
West has been ridden consistently and is in great shape!
West is off the track in Phoenix Arizona. He had a total of 11 starts, winning close to $40k. Despite his starts and early track life, his legs are straight as can be and he has no maintenance! He has no past injuries and is in perfect condition! He eats alfalfa and grass hay and I feed him a few scoops of grain a day since I have him working hard for me every day!
I absolutely do NOT have to sell him right now. I love this horse with all my being and I will be very picky about his new home! He is the best boy and deserves the best home! I prefer he goes to a performance home. He is not priced as a “cheap” kids horse. He is young and has lots of life in him. He is priced for his worth. PPE and vet checks are available upon your expense!
