For consideration: 6yo, 14hh mustang gelding located near Dallas, OR Troubadour is a sweet boy ready for his next person. He is an in-your-pocket, meet-you-at-the-gate personality and loves cuddles and attention. He is well-started under saddle and has a VERY solid walk trot. He was recently started under canter and is doing great with it. He rides out alone or with others. He was trained with natural horsemanship methods and is solid on his groundwork. He’s been around chickens, goats, dogs, cows, horses, 4-wheelers and lots of strangers. He spent his summer hanging out by the cherry stand and greeting visitors, quickly becoming a favorite member of the sales team. He leads/ties/loads/bathes, stands for the farrier, and does great with fly masks and blankets. He is not naturally spooky, but a few things still startle him occasionally. He is friendly and inquisitive, and loves treats. He does have a scar behind his left front leg due to a previous injury. That has healed well and seems to be causing him no issues. Tru has gone camping in the mountains, and is able to highline and ponies very well. He is an easy keeper and quick learner, and bonds well with people. He would do best with an intermediate kid or light adult to continue him, as he needs the consistency under saddle. He can handle a 130lb rider well.
