As low-maintenance as a gleding can be. Denzo makes horse ownership fun and affordable. He stays healthy on grass hay, doesn't require any supplements or grain, prefers to live outside, and gets along with most horses. This solid gelding is sound and will go where you point him without much hesitation, no matter who is on his back. Denzo has been camping in the Black Hills of South Dakota and in the rugged Rocky Mountains. He will lead or follow on the trail, crossing water, stepping over downed trees, and navigating steep hills and narrow rocky terrain. Denzo will stand tied for tacking up, almost bridles himself, loads right up in the trailer, and is easy to bathe at the end of a hard day. He is not bothered by wildlife, utvs, or bikes on the trail. In the arena, Denzo knows his leads, has a very comfortable trot, and a solid stop. He will neck rein but might require his rider to break down to two hands for some of the technical stuff. Denzo is shy and standoffish around new people, like a nice using ranch horse that is not looking for treats or affection.
