Prince is our Halfinger cross gelding. Broke to ride and drive he is super quiet both ways. The grandkids have been riding him around the farm and on trails.
No cross ties? No problem! This guy ground ties anywhere you drop the lead!
Driving: He is super quiet to hitch, stands quiet and waits on your word. Light on the bit and has pulled many different types of carts.
Under Saddle: He does not neck rein, however he is light with your leg cues and light on the bit. Quiet and willing. Goes shod or barefoot. Has been on the trail, exposed to heavy equipment and many other animals.
Stands quiet for the farrier and vet, loads easy and travels quiet. Easy keeper both in the stall and pasture, easy to catch as well.
Prince would easily make a great dude ranch horse or addition to a lesson program! He is husband safe. He would be suitable with intermediate kids or someone who is getting up in years looking for a horse they can relax or retire on.
