His past owner has gone above and beyond, investing significantly in recent vetting to ensure Sebastian is in great shape for his next chapter. Unfortunately, his current owner is not able to devote more time with Sebastian due to personal family circumstances. He isnt 100% sound, however, he CAN be managed with maintenance.
