Meet Moon!
This sweet girl is the in your pocket, follow you anywhere type that is ready for her next adventure. Moon is a good minded mare, she bathes, clips, ties, lunges freely and on the line, ground drives, stands perfect for farrier, loads and hauls nicely, she has been ponied walk/trot with zero issue, when in heat you cant even tell (no squealing or kicking) and she winters very well, she has been desensitized to various farm equipment, mowers, forges, garbage trucks, other horses, crowds and general mayhem. She currently has all of her foundational work really solid, she is smooth under saddle at the walk/trot/canter, she can side pass, leg yield, four hand turns and we just started introducing the haunch turns at the beginning of October (as shown in video, which was taken also at the beginning of October, she doesn't fully stick the hind end as of yet, but she is learning fast), now all she needs is the miles. I would highly recommend an intermediate rider with soft hands and a good seat. Although Moon is a real life unicorn with her almost all white coat and matching blue eyes and bright pink nose, she can still act a little green with certain things under saddle. She does not buck or rear at all, but again, she needs finish work and miles, which would do best under a rider who has had some previous experience with younger horses.
I am continuing in her training up until she is sold, so she is learning and becoming more and more experienced every day. She is smart and a quick learner who is eager and ready to please. A good home is a MUST.
