Rooster is a very cute, friendly, 14 hand, registered welsh cob. He’s big bodied so is also suitable for a small adult. Prior to me getting him in March this year he had been professionally trained and shown as a driving pony in the Welsh shows for last three years. I have only recently started to learn to drive and I’m too green to drive him. A more experienced person shouldn’t have a problem. He has been in professional under saddle training for the last seven months but is still green. He loves to trail ride and is the pony that you can jump off and on to open gates or take photos on the ride. While I still think he could be an awesome dressage pony my trainer discovered that he absolutely loves to jump. I don’t jump. I bought him for myself (adult ammy) to get him trained as a dressage pony. I entered my first ever official show this year of walk/trot adult equitation and we got first. I’d only previously entered one schooling dressage show on a different horse but Rooster gave me confidence to get out of my comfort zone. Only selling him as I also bought a pony for my daughter to train and sell that she now wants to keep so she can take her to pony finals . I can’t afford to keep them both.
