Waylon has been one of our trainer Nate’s personal horses for the past year, and it truly shows in his training and personality. He has been on countless trail rides, including moonlight rides, and always takes everything in stride and with charm. He is sure-footed and confident going up and down hills, over logs, and through creeks and water crossings. He loves trail rides, whether he is going out alone or with other horses and enjoys every minute of it. In the arena, Waylon knows his leads, has smooth, easy gaits, and side passes right up to the mounting block to make it easy for you to get on. He has been ridden western, English, and bareback, and he also drives, making him a truly versatile family horse. Waylon is traffic safe and has been on state roads, through town, and in parades, both ridden and hitched to a carriage.
