Guy is a gentle, grade gelding who’s spent the last four years working on a tough, rocky, steep ranch. Before that, he was a feedlot horse. He’s got no buck or funny business in him and gets along well when turned out with other horses. He’s steady on the trail and would make someone an excellent trail or beginner horse. Guy can be ridden alone or in a group without issue. He’s a mellow, easy-going gelding that’s a pleasure to have around — he just deserves a home that’s easier on him than the 12-hour cowboy days he’s been doing. Guy isn’t clean-legged — he’s got some bumps and will get a little puffy on long, rocky days — but he stays sound and keeps going. Guy will walk and trot all day outside for you if that’s what’s asked of him. He does not like to lope under saddle but will if you make him. If you’re looking for a solid, gentle gelding with plenty of good years left and a great disposition, Guy’s your horse.
