4-1/2 yr old 16.3h jet black Trakehner gelding. Last year, Dartagnan was approved as a stallion with both the ATA and Oldenburg registries. He is very friendly by nature, and was not thriving in the isolated life of a stallion, so I have since gelded him. Dart is very intelligent and learns very quickly. He has a solid 90 days under saddle at wtc and has had some basic jumping practice. He has gone to a schooling show for beginner dressage and did well. Unfortunately I have not been able to ride him for a few months, and I will sell him as started but green until he gets the appropriate miles under saddle. His price reflects this. He is ready now to thrive under a loving Hunter/Equitation rider who wants to win in the show ring. Although he has had great training, I am unable to ride him daily and he would excel best be in a consistent riding program with a knowledgeable rider/trainer. He is absolutely stunning!
