Mocha is a sweetheart mare with big bone and excellent feet. My farrier always says He wishes all his horses had such good feet. She will stand tied quietly all day if need be. She is great for vet, farrier & trailering. She acts like a kids horse until you get on then she motors up. I have mountain camped many times with her and she has just as much energy on day 6 as she did on day one. I jokingly call her the goat because she will climb & go where you point her and go all day! Mocha is probably not the best in big groups and she wants to be first in the group while riding. She has a natural fast walk, pleasant slow gait, but not as smooth at a fast gait. I am in no hurry to sell and a good home is a must. I am selling because she is in a 30 acre pasture and I fear spring grasses will be too much for her. She wears a grazing muzzle fabulously but since I can only get out to the stable once a day, she would have to wear it 24 hrs and I don't want that for her. I am also looking at double shoulder surgery for myself. Email if you have questions.
