You won't find a more quiet horse his age! He is in no hurry, and has an easy going attitude to everything.
Max is a home raised dunskin paint gelding that stands at 15.1 hands. His mom is our favorite broodmare, and she was my little sisters horse when she was 6 and learning how to ride. She passed her easy going, quiet demeanor to this gelding.
Max has the kind of temperament you can't train, and is the most easy going horse you will find. It's hard to believe he is only 3 years old, as he acts like an old lesson horse. He is very calm and quiet, but he is also willing and able to do what you ask him to.
He is mounting block trained, walks/trots/lopes collected and slow, can be ridden with no saddle or bridle, neck reins, and moves off your leg when asked. I can't say enough good things about this gelding, and he has the ability to go in many directions.
Max has spent a lot of time riding in the indoor arena, outdoor arena, on trails, in cornfields, and occasionally a local arena to ride.He has been a pleasure to raise and train, and will make someone a fantastic horse for a long time.
Max would make a great step up horse for a kid, a nice trail horse, or just a solid riding horse for someone to enjoy. He loads, bathes, stands for the farrier, and has no vices. Never taken a lame step, and has never been sick. Up to date on vaccinations.
