Meet Blondie, a stunning red roan pony with a flaxen mane and tail that turn heads everywhere she goes. This beautiful 8-year-old mare has a solid foundation and a willing attitude — she’s been around cattle, done ranch work, seen the barrel and pole patterns, worked the flag, and hit the trails. Blondie rides both Western and English and naturally carries herself with style. She picks up both leads, has a lovely forward trot, and a smooth lope.
She’s easy to catch, hauls perfectly, stands tied quietly all day, and is great for the farrier. She’s been ridden in both indoor and outdoor arenas. My 8-year-old daughter rides her, and while Blondie is safe and kind, she’s not quite ready for a beginner — best suited for a confident youth or small adult who can continue her training and build her confidence.

Blondie has zero buck, bolt, or rear — not once. Her only quirk is being a little watchy or cautious in new environments, especially if she’s had time off. When unsure, she’ll stop and look, not spook or spin. She came to me a bit head-shy but has improved tremendously with gentle handling. She bonds strongly with her person and tries her heart out once she trusts you.

She’s an easy keeper, sound, never foundered, barefoot with great feet, and can live alone or in a mixed herd. PPE welcome at buyer’s expense.
