Ranger is a 3 year old, 15hh, buckskin paint 7/8 Gypsy Vanner and 1/8 Drum horse gelding who combines striking good looks with an amazing temperament and strong work ethic. With a calm and willing disposition, Ranger consistently demonstrates a quiet and cooperative attitude, both under saddle and on the ground. He has excellent manners and is easy to handle in any situation. Ranger has completed 6 months of professional training, and was a breeze the entire time. He has a nice walk, trot, lope, and sidepass both directions, and is gaining lateral and vertical softness quickly. He has had ropes thrown off of him, has opened and closed gates, and has gone through all sorts of chaotic situations. Ranger rides out quietly on the trail, will cross water both shallow and deep, go over bridges, and navigates hills and obstacles with ease. While still young, he possesses a strong desire to please and eagerly takes on new challenges. Ranger would be perfect for a beginner that has a trainer to help them. He trailers easy, stands tied, good to mount/dismount, and is good with his feet. No buck, bolt, rear, or kick. He does good in a herd setting or stalled, and isn’t dominant.
