Hawkeye is a 6-year-old registered Friesian/Fell Pony gelding standing at 14.1hh. Well, broke to ride and drive. Rides both English and Western. Amazing arena horse! Lopes a circle nicely. Picks up walk, trot, and canter easily. Leg yields. Does great on obstacle courses.. Stands quietly and patiently at a mounting block. Stops and stands when asked. Picks up both leads correctly. Hawkeye would be a nice dressage prospect. Hawkeye has also been used on the farm. He has been on trails and will cross creeks, step over logs with ease, and climb any hill you ask him to. He does fine out in groups or out alone. He is traffic safe and will stand patiently while at stop signs. This pretty gelding also has excellent ground manners and has the sweetest personality. He is easy to catch in the stall and outside. Ties nicely on a lead line and in cross ties. He is easy to handle, even the kids can groom, tack, and get him ready to ride with no help from an adult. He stands well for the farrier and vet. Hawkeye loads well and remains quiet during hauling. He has a super sweet attitude and loves attention! Hawkeye sells a 100% sound with x-rays and PPE!
