Client Horse : Amateur Sorter Deluxe! Dominic has A HUGE personality & buttons for days. 2016 AQHA Sorrel Gelding, 14.3 HH Retired from cutting, he's been used on a ranch to gather & sort cows, as well as trail riding. He's been shown in mountain trail competitions, he's brave & willing. He'll carry a flag in a parade & rodeo, he loves to play tag or have fun at a playday.
Most recently he’s been winning or placing at several PNW sorting from rookie or non pro up to open divisions. Even making the top 20 out of 200 teams at one event. Winning money & buckles.
He is solid on the trails, can lead or follow, crosses water, steps over logs, opens gates, will pony another horse & is very sure-footed. Fun in the arena, knows his leads & flying changes. Has a nice turn around & balanced stop. He's not fast, but he's no slouch either! Can go english, western or bareback. He's a fun ride.
Dom is easy to catch & handle, he comes to a whistle. He stands for the farrier, ties, bathes, loads & is UTD on vaccines. Can be boxed or kept in pasture. Mounting block broke too. Minimal maintenance & current x-rays available to serious buyers. He will only go to an approved home. He needs an intermediate or above rider.
