Picasso stands 16h and has a great brain and a wonderful foundation. He is your next ALL around guy that will surely win you some ribbons but will also be a very nice solid and surefooted horse to trail ride or check fences with on the weekends. He already neck reins, moves off leg and seat beautifully, has a nice stop and is a beautiful mover and very smooth ride! He has a very nice WTC and will go on a nice loose rein or with contact and knows an honest days work. He will even go bridle-less. He can go all day long without getting tired, has lots of buttons for someone wanting to show, but is kind and forgiving for your more novice riders as well so is a super versatile guy to have around! He goes English or western and would excel very well in just about anything from dressage to ranch classes etc. He is soft in the mouth, easy to handle, stalls, stands, loads, ties and all the things one should do - and with zero fuss. He crosses water, will ride out alone or in a group, will lead or follow, and has been around tractors and 4 wheelers and all the things! The body and longevity of a young horse, but the soul of a much older one! Heck I have 15 year old horses in my barn not as well behaved as him and my daughter currently disappears into the woods with him for hours at a time and I never have to worry. Due to his age though and only his age, we would only consider him suitable for confident beginner / intermediate level + riders as we want someone who will finish him out properly and has the knowledge to show him. He is young, with an amazing start and while he can definitely take a joke or two and is ridden by kids currently, he doesn't deserve total confusion in this current stage of his life, so he needs someone who is willing to give direction and a job to learn. PPE's and trainers welcome Lots of videos available and happy to take more as needed. You don't exactly have to pull our legs to ride him! Most recent vet exam was 01/07/2026 and is up to date on coggins, shots, teeth, farrier etc.
