Legend is a mare that has been raised in one home since she was two, and as a riding mare and a producer of two quality fillies, it is time for her to find her one special person, and a new fun filled chapter in her life. She has been back in the barn as of September, getting legged back up, so that she is equipped with fitness and a ready mind to go to work for her new special human partner. Legend is a no drama girl and aims to please. She is happy whether you are in the arena or touring the countryside. She’s not worried about if she has a buddy with her and she loves her outdoor escapades enough that she is in no hurry to get back to the barn. She will travel with non-gaited friends if you ask her to, but all you have to do is tell her its time to go and she will motor right along! In addition, she has no issues crossing water, navigating uneven footing, leading or following.
Legend has fabulous breeding within the Rocky Mountain Horse lines, to include the famous foundation RMHA stallions Maple Squirrel, Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown and Sewell’s Sam in her pedigree. She also carries Buddy ‘s Roe and Johnson’s Toby which add to her calm temperament and ability to move smoothly under gait. She is a perfect example of what this breed is all about, and her conformation and pedigree speak for itself. You don’t find these old bloodlines very often.
Legend is currently has front shoes healthy and ready to go. She is happy outside or in a stall. No vices, no quirks.
