2017 Thoroughbred Chestnut Gelding

Teddy was retired from the track in January 2024 and has since been allowed to come down from track life turned out in an 8 acre pasture. He has been lightly re-started with natural horsemanship and dressage principles.
He loves the trails and has always been steady with no spook. He's been over several bridges and never batted an eye.
He has been barefoot for the last year and has great feet.
I purchased Teddy in September 2024 but found out I was pregnant a month later so he has not received the attention that I was hoping to give him. I did feel completely safe and rode him throughout the first half of my pregnancy, but he has not been ridden since May of 2025, and has been living his best horse life out in the pasture. He is being sold “as is” as I do not have the time or resources to get him back into riding.
He’s a super sweet boy that deserves someone’s love and time! He’s a project with a good mind that could go in any direction. I do have videos and more photos so please message me for those.
I have front fore fetlock x-rays of both legs from April 2024 and he passed a PPE for me in September 2025 with no issues. |
