Beatrice is a beautiful Gypsy mare with a lot of heart! This girl has more go than whoa, so if you just want to tootle around on occasion, she might not your girl. Bea needs someone interested in matching her personality and drive. Her spook level is low, and she wants to connect with her partner. In 2025, she was trained to both ride and drive. She had 3.5 months of full-time training last spring and also included a group trail ride where she behaved better than most of the seasoned horses. Beatrice had time off last fall, yet did not forget her training one bit, just lost her conditioning. She has come back into full-time work now since the end of December. She's now getting back to her fit self, and being professionally ridden 2-3 days a week, and lunged another 2-3 days a week. She's got good stamina now and enjoys a good work out. Beatrice does best with consistent work, and a clear leader. She's not quite ready for a beginner, as unclear leadership creates her to feel uncertain. But we are exposing her to lots of different things so that she can be a good citizen for any type of rider. She has had silly riding, and even had a young 3 year old ride as a buddy. Beatrice was very careful. She's had 1 foal at the age of 6 and was an excellent mother and was easy to breed. As her breeder, finding the right home for her is high priority. PPE is welcomed.
