Toot is truly a once in a life-time horse for someone. Picture a tall, gorgeous, sweet & funny redhead first to greet you at the gate everyday for the rest of your life- In love with you just as much as you are her.
That is Toot.
This post is hard for me to make but I'm willing to sell her before I fall more in love, but only to the perfect person for the asking price OBO. I understand this will probably take time which is why I'm listing her now. Her training is coming along incredibly fast, she ties, leads, picks up her feet and has been LIGHTLY started. She ponies wonderfully from the back of my much smaller QH mare, and just wants love every time you enter the barn. She knows some basic tricks- smiles, bows and stretches.

I am taking it very slowly as she is YOUNG- only reason I say experienced rider required is because she is young and BIG. Her string test says 18HH and I believe it. Although she is big and a little pushy its easily managed with a quick correction.
She thrives on attention; I don't even use treats when I'm training her because a simple good girl and a little love seem to go just as far as a cookie without introducing a vice of expecting food with every good behavior.

I will not sell to someone who is a part-time owner. If you buy this mare you need to be planning on developing her and keeping her, she is a truly special horse and she would even likely thrive in a good lesson/therapy program as she isn't discriminatory about who gives her love she just wants attention and loves kisses on her big white nose.
