Due to her unique color markings Cheyenne is a super rare Registered & Certified Rocky Mountain Mare. She has the signature Rocky Mountain chocolate dappled body color, with a white mane and tail along with 4 white stocking feet, and a one of a kind blazed face that pushes the outer limits. She was sired by the 2006 UMH World Champion "Merry Go Blue" and her dam (who we still own) has Smith's Ginger & Clemons Tim bloodlines. Cheyenne was born here at our farm in KY, where she was imprinted, taught to lead, shower with a sprayer at the end of a garden hose, stand still for the farrier, load and unload (in a small 2 place straight load trailer) and worked at desensitizing her to those everyday farm distractions, like tractors, mowers, weed eaters and dirt bikes etc... Most importantly she was allowed to be a horse, by growing up with a heard of older mares, on 100 acres. She was professionally started under saddle by Emerson Williams Horsemanship, where she was ridden through creeks, up and down the Kentucky hills, carry a flag, walk through a flapping tarp, and to step into and out of a sand box, stand still while a rider gets on from a mounting block. She has successfully carried, delivered, nursed and weaned a beautiful chocolate colt, without any intervention from us. He is now a yearling and is here on the farm with us. Cheyenne is a one of a kind Rocky Mountain Horse. If you are into showing she would make an incredible show horse, we have yet to see one as flashy as her. If you are into trail riding, well, her face will light the way, in any dark night, and if you want a foal, she can put you a good one on the ground! Thank you, for your consideration
