10-Year-Old Registered Arabian Mare – Endurance, Trail, Well-Rounded Mare Breed her or ride her 🫶🏼 I have had some recent life changes, and Arizona is ready for her next chapter. Ideally with a program or youth with a hands-on trainer. Arizona completed a 25-mile endurance ride last fall like she was an old pro. She loves moving out on the trail and has a fantastic extended trot. I have used her in my walk/trot lessons (all my lessons are 1:1). She seems to do better with kids than adults. She has been my main personal horse, and I have taken her all over for cow lessons, clinics, and trail rides. I used her to pony my 2-year-old several times last summer. She is good alone or in a group (likes to be at the front of the group). Easy to load, trailer, and tie. She is sound, forward, can be sensitive, and prefers bitless but will go in a bridle. Not spooky or flighty. She has had my dog and cat run under her legs and was cool about it (it’s happened more than once 😅). She is funny about her feet for trims (farrier must be patient and go at her pace) but does fine for picking them out. She is not one to be forced. She does not like her mouth pulled on, which is the reason for riding in a side pull. She can be funny about the canter—a little bucky/crowhoppy when not cantering regularly. My program is primarily little kids ages 4–6 or children with special needs and is more like “therapy” than riding. She is a little more horse than I need for my lesson kiddos. Priced at $5,500 for a quick, uncomplicated sale. Due to my life circumstances.
