Banquet is a yearling grade PROJECT palomino filly, she came from a kill pen as an adopted weanling with a mare we rescued. She is sweet and loving but is still very very intimidated by humans, she likes a soft touch and easy going understanding love. Banquet will be a great horse one day with consistency and a bond with her new owners. She is absolutely stunning and has a huge personality, she is whitty, quick, and super funny. She is very food motivated, so that’s how you’ll win her heart and she also loves any and all friends. She is kind and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body at all, she is more scared and will move away from you then come on top of you. She is pretty hard to catch but with consistency she gets easier, she was turned out pretty much all winter so will need some more work again as we were just able to catch her and bring her back in. She leads okay but will need some work, she will load with some assistance, and she will let you hose her off but you have to go really really slow. She had a huge winter coat, so she does have mats from being out and not letting me catch her, we have been slowly been getting them off but she gets overwhelmed by that pretty fast so we just go day by day. She does wear a catch lead 24/7 so she is pretty good with pressure, she is a project an will need a lot of work. She deserves to be someone’s priority and not on the back burner like she is. She has been wormed, vaccinated, and is 100% sound. She needs work with her feet as she doesn’t let you pick them up yet so they haven't been done, they are long.
